Good data is essential to identify the most effective and efficient strategies and interventions, and ensure that advice is based on proven solutions. We need good data about the causes and consequences of cold, damp and unsafe housing; which people and which homes are most affected and why; and what works to fix the problem.
We commission independent research that contributes to the evidence base informing our work. We work to identify, share and connect research by our members and others that can be of value to the broad community of organisations working for warm, dry and safe housing in New Zealand.
